I have achieve something, is my first time astral protecting my self with guided meditation, all other times was spontaneous, a lot happened. First it was very dark like night time ( it was like 3:30 pm in real time) then I could only go so far to my drive way and I couldn’t jump or float the fence . Then came back to my body and spend time there feeling a lot in my skin it was very hot sensation. Then I saw a tunnel right I front of my bed with two guys, they didn’t saw me, then I was very aware of the music, the vibrations that were very strong and aware of my surroundings. I couldn’t make it stop I felt trapped for a little while and I wanted to come back because I was just not going anywhere and I had to wait for the music to stop then I could open my eyes. Thank you it was an experience that worked, I guess I need to keep trying let’s see where it takes me. ❤

Wow! I woke up at 4am and I couldn’t sleep. Grab my phone and pick randomly anything more than 30 min meditation. After a while, I got buzzing sensation throughout my body and I was in different world like here but somethings were off. I realized I was in a dream or I was lucid. I ask to fly and I could. Then came out half sleep and I ask for message and I saw “calm on”. I guess I was too exited. Wow! That is all I can say. I saw the title of this meditation afterwards. Thank you!

I now cut and dissolve all chords connected to me physically, energetically, or otherwise that are not serving me or my highest good. I ask that these connections fall away easily and effortlessly to be released and replaced with connections of the highest love and light available.
